Jam Baxter drops new track ‘Saliva’ & reveals album artwork! Andy Smith October 3, 2018 Music, News, Singles 701 Want your dose of Wednesday Wisdom? Look no damn further. That man Jam Baxter has today offered the first taste of new album ‘Touching Scenes‘ in the form of the GhostTown produced single ‘Saliva‘. Landing precisely a year after the excellent and nourishing body of work that is ‘Mansion 38‘, Baxter clearly isn’t one for waiting around – rather he is eliciting a standard of prolific goodness. Ever the keen traveller as evoked largely on ‘Mansion 38‘ and previous videos that saw him shooting in various corners of the world, ‘Saliva‘ is no different; bringing a late, hungover summer kinda vibe as he wanders through sects of Spain – paralleling the audible witty wordsmith wondering that graces the spacey and bubbling instrumental. Baxter announced on the weekend that his new album is due for release on 16th November through High Focus Records, then confirmed the title to be ‘Touching Scenes‘ earlier this week as well as revealing the stunning, yet somewhat grotesque in the most Baxter fashion artwork: The artwork comes courtesy of Charlie Limmer and is truly an individual piece of work. Features on ‘Touching Scenes‘ include performances from affiliates Stinkin Slumrok, Rag’n’Bone Man, OG Rootz FKA Durrty Goodz, Kate Tempest and Rhi!
