Press to MECO release new track Easy Life Andy Smith September 22, 2019 Singles 182 London 3 piece rockers Press To MECO have released a brand new track in Easy Life. The track serves to vent all the frustrations the band have experienced and encountered through the never-easy navigation of the music industry with a resounding message oh how important it is to stay true to yourself and retain the integrity you started with. Speaking about the track, the band state “Easy Life was the first song we’d written after the Here’s To The Fatigue album, at a pretty low point for all of us. The song talks about becoming disillusioned with the dream you’re pursuing and second-guessing the path you’re on. I liked the idea of comparing the dream to a bad relationship which you know you should give up on, but can’t bring yourself to leave.” Watch the video for Easy Life: Catch Press To MECO on their huge UK headline tour this October with support from Chapter and Verse – dates are as follows: 2nd October – Stoke, The Sugar Mill 3rd October – York, Basement 4th October – Huddersfield, The Parish 5th October – Leicester, The Shed 10th October – Birmingham, Mama Roux’s W/Shvpes 11th October – Milton Keynes, Craufurd Arms 12th October – Tunbridge Well, Forum Basement 16th October – Oxford, O2 Academy 2 17th October – Bournemouth, Anvil 18th October – Plymouth, Underground 19th October – Cheltenham, Frog And Fiddle 22nd October – St Albans, The Horn 23rd October – Newcastle, Think Tank 24th October – Edinburgh, Sneaky Petes 25th October – Liverpool, E.B.G.B.S 26th October – Guildford, Boiler Room Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Related Leave a Reply Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.CommentName* Email* Website Notify me of follow-up comments by email.
